The Story [이야기] :

• This character is the picture of a dog's 犬 meat 月 being cooked or grilled above the fire 灬.  A certain elder in a village was interviewed by a reporter from BBC.  "Sir, do you eat dog meat ?", the reporter asked.  The village elder replied, "Yes! Certainly! 然.  We eat dogs every day.  We cook 灬 dog 犬 meat 月 and eat them."
